ALL ABOUT KIDS CLUB SUMMER DAY CAMP

All About Kids Club Daycamp is specifically designed and activity-oriented for kids ages 4 to 12. We’ll provide a safe, professional program that your child is sure to enjoy. Our #1 concern is developing healthy, happy, responsible KIDS with an emphasis on physical activities…no couch potatoes here! Our staff is safety certified and our facility is state-of-the-art.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Our gender-specific activities will not only include gymnastics, but we’ll be doing arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games, movies, free time and more. Your child may also choose to join our optional miniature golf, bowling, ice skating or “lunch out” field trips.

DATES
Camps begin on Tuesday, June 1st and continue through Friday, August 13th

DEPOSITS
$50 per week per child
Each deposit holds one spot for one specific week. Deposits will be applied to the tuition. Any sibling discounts are applied to the balance, not the deposit.

REFUNDS
Before May 15th…. 100% of all payments is refundable
After May 15th…. 0% is refundable, however 50% of the deposit may be applied to another camp week.

BALANCE DUE
Registration forms and deposits are required for all reservations and will be accepted on a first come basis. Space is limited. The balance due must be paid prior to the first day of camp. No child will be permitted to participate in camp unless all forms are completed and balance due is paid.

LUNCH & SNACKS
Campers should provide their own non-refrigerated sack lunch and a drink everyday OR they may purchase a lunch from the Snack Shack. The menu includes hot dogs, pb & j or pizza along with chips or an apple and a drink for $3.00/day.

We’ll have a time for light snacks each morning and afternoon. Snacks may be sent from home or purchased from the Snack Shack. We ask that kids do not bring gum.

MEDICATIONS
All medications MUST be documented on our official form. This means any type of medication, including over the counter remedies such as Motrin or Tylenol. Prescription meds MUST be in their original container with the physician’s name and dosage instructions included.

DROP-OFF PROCEDURE
Every Monday (or the first day of attendance for the week for part-time campers) a parent must accompany the camper into the All About Kids Camp designated area to meet the director, counselors and to make sure we have all pertinent information. Tuesday through Friday kids may be dropped off at the front door.

Drop-off times:
Mornings 7:30-9:00 a.m.; Afternoons 12:45-1:00 p.m.

PICK-UP PROCEDURE
Campers will be picked up in the front lobby. If your camper is to be picked up by anyone other than an immediate family member (even though the child knows the person), we must be notified in advance. Please be courteous to our staff and pick your child up on time.
Pick-up times: 12:00 or 5:30 p.m. promptly A $5.00/10 minute charge will be assessed to your account for late pick-up.

FIELD TRIPS
We have scheduled most field trips for the middle of each week. The staff will accompany the campers along with first aid supplies and a cell phone for emergency communication. At no time will your camper be driven or transported in any vehicle unless you have given written permission in advance of the outing. Field trips will be “on foot” to a nearby location including Lewis Bowl for mini golf or bowling, Lewis & Clark Stadium and the Ice Arena.

You will be able to contact your child by calling 712-255-3547.

STAFF
We believe that our staff is the most important part of your child’s camp experience. Our counselors have been hired because they love kids, are responsible and enjoy spending time with the campers. The staff has gone through a training process specific to “camp life” and will be great role models for your child.
